There’s no pre-orders for now, this is something we may change as we get closer to release.
As for now it’s only for those who backed us during the kickstarter, we don’t know yet if we’ll make it public.

We have been working hard on building the foundation of the game, we are starting go get the “skeleton ” of the game in place. Unfortunately we had to “waste” some time on Swedish bureaucracy (starting a company in Sweden is a pain). We are now called Overflow not Ascension games :(.
We are planning on having the “Beta” sometime around early June (halfway through full time development).We want to have time to make as many improvements as possible based on your feedback.
because of the name changing and the company registration stuff we had to postpone the forum a bit, we want to have it up before the beta though!
Here is some game-play footage for now. There aren’t to many visible technical improvement’s since last time, because we have been focusing mainly on creating areas not shown in this video, wave physics are cool though :).
We are going to try releasing smaller updates every week (making videos is very time consuming).

Basically, my reason for creating this is so that gamedevs on Tumblr can find fellow gamedevs. It’s kind of like an easy to navigate directory to find and connect with people who are also working on games.

The game is coming along great and we just wanted to share some new stuff!
These are two new characters from Borja village!
And don’t worry, we’re figuring out some small stuff for the forum and it will be up in short.
We understand people are exited too see some of the progress we have made. This is a taste of what we have been working on.
What you see in the video is the Mokaga desert island (early stages) , we have also created a weapon system with several unique animations and reactions based on weapon type. (Sorry no polish or trickery , this was the first take).
We chose not to have a “main weapon” which means that the player has to find resources and recipes to craft weapons or to simply find them in the environment. The weapons will also have durability which means they will brake down entirely from to much usage.
You have to understand that this is still in the very early stages of development and it will definitely change during development!
We are going to upload more videos and updates in the coming weeks!
We wanted to make some substantial progress before we showed any more of the game. Your cries have been heard, check back tomorrow for a new video showing off some cool stuff. For now here is a teaser picture of the re-designed Tyrim, hope you like!

We’re still alive and kicking, we haven’t been posting to much recently and we’re sorry if you feel left out!
We have been managing a lot of stuff that doesn’t concern direct development of the game but now we feel like we’re getting up to speed!
What you see in this picture is an early version of the Himalu Environment with some “trash mob” enemy skeletons. (And an old man?)
